Zojuist is bekend geworden dat Nedstat, één van de meest toonaangevende bedrijven in het aanbieden van web analytics en innovatie online business oplossingen is overgenomen door comScore. Met de deal is een bedrag van ongeveer 36,7 miljoen dollar gemoeid. Met de overname geeft comScore een push aan de strategie om wereldwijd (en met name ook in Europa) verder uit te rollen.
