IBM test RSS voor interne communicatie

Na ING is nu ook IBM gestart met het testen van RSS voor interne communicatie aldus IAOC (via: Corporate Blogging). Philippe Borremans (PR Manager IBM Belgie en Luxemburg):

“At this moment we have 3 feeds up and running on the IBM intranet. Currently the RSS feed generator identifies all the content for a given topic (Example: In the news) and selects only items targeted for all IBM employees.”

Opmerkelijk dat een groot en log bedrijf als IBM een voortrekkersrol lijkt in te nemen als het gaat om het de adoptie van nieuwe communicatie-instrumenten als weblogs en RSS.
