Overzichtje MSN Messenger Robots
Dat ik veel mogelijkheden zie voor merken om MSN Messenger, of IM in het algemeen, als een structureel communicatiemedium voor merken, heb ik nooit onder stoelen of banken gestoken. Ik denk dat elk merk vroeg of laat een eigen chat bot heeft, waarmee sommige merken een doorlopende dialoog voeren met haar consumenten. Dan is de chatbot echt een brand buddy. Ik heb daarom nu al een lijstje gemaakt van alle geautomatiseerde MSN Messenger buddy’s. Hierin heb ik alle MSN Messenger chatbots opgenomen en niet alleen de brand buddy’s. Tenslotte kan de chatttechnologie die gebruikt wordt in een spel, of in een campagne later weer gebruikt worden in een merkdialoog. Ik wil dit lijstje graag compleet maken, houden en beschikbaar blijven stellen. Hoor graag wat jullie ervan vinden, verbeteringen of aanvullingen.

Erwin, is het niet handiger voor de discussie om een (verkort) lijstje van de bots ook hier te plaatsen Erwin? Nu moet ik telkens heen en weer switchen!
Mooi lijstje Erwin! Je insteek is vanzelfsprekend merk georienteerd. Ik verwacht dat ook vanuit het service oogpunt de bot in de toekomst veel zal worden ingezet. De interactie met de bot wordt dan niet uitsluitend brand-enhancement, maar ook een service tool.
