Forrester koopt JupiterResearch voor 23 miljoen

Colony zei ook nog: ‘JupiterResearch enhances our existing role-based strategy and offerings to bring unprecedented value to Forrester’s Marketing & Strategy clients. We welcome JupiterResearch employees and clients to Forrester’ (via: Emerce).
De overnamesom bedraagt dus 23 miljoen dollar in cash. JupiterResearch zal worden ondergebracht bij de divisie Marketing en Strategie. David Schatsky, de grote man bij Jupiter zegt op zijn weblog (’Forrester buys Jupiter’): ‘As strange as it may seem, I am excited about this news. I know that the expanded, combined organization will have the resources to provide our clients with even greater insight and advice as well as access to Forrester’s broad range of products and services.’
