We are looking for a Manager Online Marketing & Recruitment
As manager you will drive this change which means balancing existing marketing practices with experiments online. With your team you will continue to improve the reputation of Philips in the labor market and you will make sure that we deliver on our brand promise of “sense and simplicity” to all candidates. You will develop new channels and events to find and engage talented graduates and professionals and let them discover Philips as preferred Employer of Choice.
Together with a team of 6 sourcing specialists, you are constantly looking for the best people in the market, using all kinds of different online and offline sourcing channels. Furthermore there are two recruitment marketing communication specialists and a recruitment event specialist in your team.
One of your goals will be to lead this team of professionals and improve our service levels.
To be successful you:
• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in online marketing: recruitment or CRM.
• Can inspire commitment from a team of professionals.
• Have a strong interest in Employer Branding and Recruitment.
• Can develop and execute effective campaigns for an A-brand.
• Are able to manage budgets and third party vendors.
• Have a commercial & consultative attitude.
• Have fluent language skills in Dutch and English.
Entrepreneurial in your behavior, you are capable of frequently analyzing and adapting to new challenges. Your real interest in the targets and business environment of our customer makes you their respected partner in our recruitment activities.
