- Click rates were unchanged quarter over quarter, remaining at 4.5%. They are lower than Q4 2011 (5.2%), but remain established over the previous two years.
- Removing triggered and real-time messages, the average volume per client increased by 17.7% over the previous quarter, but decreased 24.2% over last year (Q411). This suggests that marketers sent more triggered and real-time messages vs. Business as Usual (BAU) and batch messages compared to Q4 2011.
