- Open rates increased quarter over quarter (+3.6%) and over Q3 2012 (+8.6%), resulting in an overall open rate of 29.5%.
- Click rates increased quarter over quarter and are in line with this time last year at 4.5%.
- Non-bounce rates decreased slightly to 95.7%.
- In Q3 2013, the highest open rates occurred in the Retail General (41.8%), Financial Services CC/Banks (41.6%) and Consumer Products Pharmaceutical (30.9%) categories.
- The highest click-to-open rates occurred in the Consumer Publishing/Media General (31.4%), Consumer Products CPG (29.9%) and Retail Apparel (23.3%) categories.
